My name is Kari Haith and I am the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Dundee Elementary. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. This is my second year at Dundee Elementary. Previously, I taught speech-language at Benson West Elementary for 3 years.
As a SLP, I work with children in the areas of articulation (speech-sound errors), language (vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, processing, etc.), fluency (stuttering), voice and resonance disorders (cleft palate/lip), and autism spectrum (communication skills, pragmatics, problem solving).
I currently have my Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. To learn more about our scope of practice, please visit www.asha.org.
