Mrs. Niemants STATS

* I have been teaching sixth grade at Dundee for 21 years. I LOVE this school. All of my children have attended Dundee too.

* I am a life long learner who enjoys learning new material and then sharing it with others.

* Favorite food: I could eat breakfast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

* In my spare time I like to read. I also enjoy playing games with my family. In the summer you can find me in my garden almost every morning. 

Classroom

In this class students will practice map skills and learn about Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean Islands.  In each of these areas we will look at the history, land, culture, economy, and the government.

We will be learning about magnets, electricity, and energy. It is important for students to study their vocab words for the end of the unit test. Remember to complete Lab Sheets with complete sentences.
